When you find the love of your life, no matter what happens, the only thing left to do is ... Hold On and LOVE LIKE CRAZY!
While the characters in Love Like Crazy are only eighteen, this is not "young-adult fiction." Jesse and Kayla's story is my traditional thread of romance, a gentle pull on your heart strings, a touch of suspense about what's going to happen next, and of course, learning to heal and live again after a tragedy...
Oh, and while this will be a series, Love Like Crazy is a stand-alone story. No cliffhanger!
College and career are hard enough without bringing love into the mix, so the last thing Jesse is looking for is a spring break fling. His future entails getting an MBA and taking over the reins of his father's small-time plumbing company and making it successful. He doesn’t have time for a girl, especially not one who's related to the spoiled rich girl who broke up his last relationship. One week with Kayla, though, changes everything.
Eighteen and in love, Jesse and Kayla now have everything they've ever wanted--until tragedy strikes. Now, thrust into a world of heartbreak and grief, others insist they are too young. But when you find the love of your life, no matter how young you are, no matter what happens, the only thing you can do is hold on and LOVE LIKE CRAZY.
Although tastefully written, this coming-of-age story includes adult situations appropriate for readers sixteen and older.

There's so much going on, I'm afraid I won't be able to keep up with my newsletter and social media, so, I'll give you a quick run-down, and then let you know how to be the first to know.
If you've been following me for a few years -- back when I used to blog regularly -- you probably know that besides my current list of sixteen published books, I have several books I haven't found the time to publish, and several books / series in the works. At this moment, I have three full-length novels that I plan to publish this year -- before Christmas, hopefully. And I have two series that I'm adding the finishing touches to that I plan to release in 2018.
In other words, I'm crazy busy, and since I refuse to allow anyone to control my email, newsletter, and social media pages, I probably won't be as visible as I usually am, but I will, however, always respond to my email. So, if you have a question for me, please reply to any newsletter or comment on anything on this site; it all comes to me.

If this is your first time visiting my site, I write in several different genres -- Romantic Suspense, Paranormal Romance, Supernatural Suspense, and Women's Fiction / Chick Lit -- but all of my novels share a common thread of romance, suspense, a hint of humor sometimes and, of course, a few Kleenex moments. After all, what would a great story be without and emotional even setting the stage. Also, all of my novels are sensual, but not erotic, gripping, but not graphic, and will make you cry, laugh, love, and hope.
For four thousand years, creatus elders have insisted that the creatus population concealed themselves from human beings because humans had hunted the creatus almost to extinction…
But one woman’s research reveals that when creatus first arrived on this planet, humans didn’t fear the alien beings that looked so much like the human race. That is, until the creatus started to breed with humans, creating a ferocious killer feared by humans and creatus alike. A creature so fierce that its legacy of death and destruction has fed nightmares for millennia.
And now, a new breed of creatus has been born — or rather, reborn.

While fiction...The Depot and The Library are based on a true murder mystery. Learn more about the ghost who haunts Ashley's Tavern inside the eBook...
In 1934, the body of a beautiful, but poor young woman was found alongside a riverbank near The Depot. Beaten to a pulp, only recognizable by a tattoo on her ankle, and yet, days after the discovery, the story all but disappears.
Eighty years later, locals claim The Depot is haunted. But in all the years homicide detective Mark Waters has visited the historic 1800s train station turned restaurant, he's never seen proof. Until now.
As he sifts through evidence of a supposed suicide by train, he learns a murder that took place eighty years ago may directly affect his case.
Six months after the strange occurrences at The Depot, there’s another murder. This time, The Library holds secrets of several murders, and the dead won’t rest until the murderer checks out too.
The two-book special edition of The Depot and The Library is available at all major eBook retailers:

Hello, my avid-reading friends! Lots of new stuff on the horizon.
First, I now have all the links for my newest release, Down on Her Luck, the follow-up story to Some Lucky Woman. Find links to both books at your favorite retailer here:
Next.... Due to popular demand... There will be more books in the Creatus series. However...they will be stand-alone stories, as I just don't know if I have it in me to write an ongoing storyline. It's a lot of work, my friends. :)
The next book in the Creatus series -- again because I've listened to your reviews, so keep them coming -- will contine R & V's story. I don't want to give away any secrets to those who haven't read the series yet, so I'll just say that R is going back to Miami, where he worked with the DEA. The working title is Creatus Takedown and, of course, I'll be looking to you guys when I choose the cover. I'm thinking we need to see R on the cover this time. What do you guys think?
If you haven't read the Creatus series yet, start with the first book here, absolutey FREE!
